Ms. Nicole teaches with 3 of our local elementary schools and is an expert at teaching yoga to children. This class is catered to ages 7-11 years and is limited to 8 maximum. Short & sweet, these monthly series offer an introduction to the principles & postures used in practice.

Biofeedback Restorative Yin Yoga

This unique workshop combines a deep biofeedback guided meditation experience with restorative yin yoga (relaxation poses only) for 90 min of pure blissful relaxation to reset your nervous system, slow down into Fall seasonal energies, preparing for winter.
